Government of Haryana justified the guest teacher recruitment policy in Haryana in Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Main Points of written submission before suupreme court that government hasprovided:
1)At the time of guest teacher appointemnt i.e. in 2005 reqiured no of JBT applicants were not available so B Ed candidates had to be appointed.
2).No one challenged the policy when it is introduced in 2005-06.
3)It will be grave injustice to the guest teachers if they are not given relaxation in eligibility and 24 marks.
