Haryana School Education Department is planning to introduce work education from classes 6th to 8th where students strength exceeds 100. Under sarva siksha abhiyan work education will be imparted in 2754 schools.
For this purpose two instructors will be appointed and they will be paid Rs 5000 per month. for co-education schools one instructor for boys and one for girls will be appointed. In work eduction many skills like clay modelling ,pot making , gardening, stitching clothes, making toys etc will be taught.
