In 92nd meeting of Board of Governors (BOG) of KVS has approved the new pattern of uniform for KV students ,held on 18.05.2012. However old and new uniform will be allowed to wear simultaneously for the next two years to allow weaning out of old uniform. I dont think skirts will be good for senior girls. it will surely look weird on many. a school uniform should be descent and well managable. And it should look good on everybody.

It seems that there is nothing left for experimenting !There is only one thing reqired to be done and that is improving the teaching in KVs.If the elaborate things written in Text Books exclusively for teachers are sincerely followed then the students will excel irrespective of any pattern of uniforms.

Well, it is taking a looong time for the designer to come up with a uniform..... What ever it is , Please do not have Ties and Blazers, India is hot in most of the year in most of the parts. Have some common sense and do not dump western scarfs and ties here. Ties and Blazers do not make students look smart, but make them look like sales people. It is ridiculous enough we attend classes in peak summer, do not put us through some more ridicule. Let sense , please, prevail.

I think the uniform should skirt,shirt & tie for girls & shirt,pants & tie for boys there should be a coat also.I think the color code copper sulphate blue shirt,orange color skrit & tie .white socks with sports type shoes. I think it may be good for all.:-]

V shud not forget our culture 8lst ,V R gls & v know hw 2 dress our self. suit & salwar r perfect, kya pata kis k ghar me skrt alwd ho ya nahi, den wat wud they do.Bahar me skirt or jeans toh vaise bhi pahante hai, kam se kam skul me toh culture se rahe, skul culture bhulne toh nahi aate hai!!!!!!!!!!!.......... Pahle bhi sab suit nd salwaar pahante the ab bhi phne ge dress reject toh nahi kar sakte .so culture ko mind e rakh kar hi dress design karna. Har norml ldki suit nd salwaar chahegi, skirt me toh panga ho jayega bosssss......

m almost passed out of school n here comes the change.....it isn't absolutely fare ...i mean we wore that shit kind of dress the whole school life...chalo shukar hain ki abhi unki akal aai apne ACTUAL STANDARD dikhaane ka nhi toh pata nhi log humko kitne gande looks dete the.....KV IS THE BEST N WHEN NIFD IS GONNA DESIGN....UNDOUBTEDLY WILL BE THE BEST AND BESTEST...

the dress should be perfect for girls the bottoms should be of dark colours like black red or blue n the tops should be of light colours like white,baby pink or skin colour......

i dnt think the new uniform is good enough i .....after seeing the new uniform pattern ...would like to wear ma old uniform itself ......i thoght all the girls from the smaller classes to the higher secondary till 12th will have skirts n shirts .....nift's job is soo not good ...girls wid pants n shirts n a tie ....wen compared to girls wid churidar ? the latter comes first man !!! soo dissapointed !! well can anyone tell me whether thiz pattern is oli for delhi or all india kvs ?
