Hon'able Supreme Court of India will give its verdict in petitions for continuation of services of guest teachers beyond 31st March,2012. Clubbing the SLPs filed by both guest teachers and State Government together supreme court fixed the date of hearing of these petitions to be March 30,2012. Goverment has sought extensions of their services until regular recruitment is made while guest teachers has pleaded against the judgement of high court.

In my opinion govt should make policy for regularity of guest teachers who cleared Stet and give limited time to others to clear the exam which to be held probably in july.
all guest teacher get a job in illegal way. govt not allowed them without qualify the stet exam and on merit basis
one more chance to guest teacher.supreme court give another 322 days for regular recruitment today decision
All guest teacher should be rejected because all guest teacher is apointment without merit list they are only brother & related who is the Principal and thease are not given any regirvation Sc/Bc.
I am Qualified STET,HTET,CTET but Guest teacher is A rora in our fauter.We want Guest teacher should be rejected soon by Govtment.becuase guest teacher enjoy job 6 year Now we want enjoy job and we also teach without any slaery
